We use a tracked service through Royal Mail for our deliveries. Depending on your selected shipping option, your order should arrive within 1 to 2 working days from the dispatch date.

Delays and Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive by the expected delivery date, please allow an additional 3 working days before contacting us for assistance. This waiting period helps account for any seasonal delays that may occur.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and send them to us at your earliest convenience. This documentation is necessary for us to process a refund or replacement.

Address Accuracy
